1. Genuine buyers only. 2. ALL goods sold are non returnable / exchangable. 3. FULL PAYMENT is required before delivery. 4. No refunds will be given once payment has been made. 5. Okurimono will NOT be responsible for any lost or damage during delivery. Any delivery through post will have tracking number. 6. Product colours may vary from the actual colours of the product, all depend on your monitor setting. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will accurately reflect the actual colour of the product you ordered. 7. ALL prices are subject to chance without prior notice.

Ordering / Purchasing

2. In the email, please include the following details :

- Quantity Required
- Your Name, Contact No. and Delivery Address
- When the order(s) are needed

3. Your email will be confirmed in within 24 hours. If you did not receive reply from us, kindly re-send your order again.

4. We will then confirm with you if the product(s) you ordered are ready in stock.

5. Once full payment is received by us, we will deliver the product(s) in within 7-14 working days. If personalization of product(s) is required, please allow additional 2-3 working days for production.
